I Cant even turn with 21 sensitivity with 800 dpi why? And u are very comfortable with that sensitivity

Are you using the same graphic settings in 2020 ?
Post Processing on low and very low is a difference of 20 fps for me. Thats a big yikes, didnt expect that.
View distance is better if it's set to ultra not medium.

I never though this would be very helpful,i always ran this game at ultra and i dont think that enemies are hard too see,but after i tried this setting,just awesome and i can see enemy better by now,thanks a lot dude
